There will be temporary pink markers placed to guide your approach on the day.

1. Park at the gate on Koloona Dr - 34°51'05.4"S 150°31'51.4"E

2. Take the Bangalee Forest Walk trail and walk down At the fork, stay to the left.

3. At the fork, stay to the left.

4. Continue down and cross under the power lines.

5. The trail will narrow and become bushy.

6. Walk for about 25 meters after crossing the power lines, and then turn left into thebush to reach the crag.

Although there are a few alternative roadside parking options, overall it is very limited.

Special shoutout to Hisa for developing this space! Chicken Forest is an accessible crag with a short approach. The routes range from V0 to V11 with low top-outs and good landings, with great boulders for both beginner and advanced climbers.

In the event of rain, we will convene at Lot 33. Although If sandstone is heavily seeped, we will relocate to The Nest, Nowra. Stay tuned for more details.
