The climbing season is upon us! Bring your friends, bring your pads and ascend with us at lot 33 boulders, Nowra.

This year, we are super excited to announce the Ascension Sessions are supported by @arcteryxausnz. Join us for an all-inclusive session with goodies, prizes and drinks provided on the day!

  • Date: Saturday 28 February 2026
    Location: Lot 33 Boulders, Nowra
    Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm

  • There will be temporary pink markers placed to guide your approach on the day.

    1. Park on the street around 66 Walsh Cres, North Nowra. -34.858023, 150.591454

    2. To the right of 66 Walsh Cres is a bush reserve; this is your entrance.

    3. Follow the track downhill past the cliff face until you reach a big tree.

    4. Turn right and follow the track until you reach a huge cave.

    5. This is Lot 33.

    An approach post will be provided soon on socials to assist with finding the crag.

  • Walsh Crescent offers a good amount of street parking. As it is a residential street, please be courteous of the surrounding area.

    Carpool is recommended, DM either@caviarclimbingor @uowclimbersand we’ll help sort you out.

  • Lot 33 is an accessible crag with a short approach. The routes range from V0 to V14, offering a diverse mix of vertical to overhung climbing, all with good flat landings. The crag has great boulders for both beginner and advanced climbers.

  • This crag is all-weather and will proceed in the event of rain, if heavily seeped we will convene at The Nest Climbing Gym and the session will be rescheduled.
